Accommodation booking fee:
In 2024 there is an accommodation booking fee of 100 euros which is non-refundable.
“Taxe de séjour” (Occupancy Tax):
Since July 1st 2015 all clients staying in a hotel, residence or apart’hotel (e.g.: Adagio residences) in Paris have to pay an occupancy tax. This tax is per night and per person, it can’t be paid in advance and has to be paid at the reception on arrival or departure (in hotels)!
Our recommendation for your accommodation in Paris:
We recommend that you send us your accommodation request at least one month prior to your arrival. Some of the accommodation options, particularly residences, are booked up very early, particularly if you plan to come in summer. Don’t forget you are coming to Paris, the most visited city in the world.
To avoid disappointment, book early!

Accommodation in Paris in a Host family
Our host families are carefully chosen by our partners and located in Paris “intra muros” which means you will not travel to the suburbs to go home after class. The host families are used to welcoming foreign students and, therefore, know how to help them familiarize themselves with the French way of life and French culture.
Single rooms with bed & breakfast (B&B), room only, half-board (breakfast and evening meal) or with only 5 dinners per week are available. Arrivals on Sundays, departures on Saturdays, and additional nights possible on request at an additional fee.
The half-board option is ideal to continue practising French after your French class.
(*) VIP single room with half-board: single room with en suite shower or bathroom.
2024 Prices:
Single room with breakfast: 340 euros per week
Single room with breakfast & access to kitchen: 380 euros per week
Single room with 5 dinners: 410 euros per week
Single room with half-board: 460 euros per week
VIP single room with half-board (*): 530 euros per week
Please note that an additional fee of 100 euros per week will be invoiced for students who have a vegan, gluten-free diet or are lactose intolerant.

Accommodation in Paris in an Apparthotel
StayCity Aparthotel Saint Martin – Gare de l’Est
The StayCity Aparthotel Saint-Martin is located nearby the Saint Martin canal and the Gare de l’Est train station. In the residence you can book a studio with TV, free Wi-Fi, kitchenette, private shower room and toilets.
Breakfast and meals are not included (as you have your own kitchenette). The “Taxe de séjour” (occupancy tax) has to be paid direct at the reception of the Aparthotel.
Enjoy ultimate comfort and convenience with hotel-quality amenities including 24 hour reception and on-site guest laundry. You will find a great selection of restaurants, bars and cafes within a 10 minute walk of the Apparthotel. Ask their friendly team at the reception for their recommendations.
