Homestay: Immersion in French culture

Our homestays and host families have been carefully chosen by ACCORD and are located in Paris. They are used to welcoming students and know how to help them familiarize themselves with the French way of life and culture. The following options are available: single room, twin room, bed & breakfast, half-board (breakfast and dinner) and breakfast & kitchen access. The half-board option is ideal for practicing French outside the classroom.

Le 300 Residence: La Bastille

Ideally located in the heart of Paris, Le 300 Residence is close to Place de la Bastille and just steps away from the banks of Canal Saint-Martin. The location is famous for its craft shops, boutiques and Paris’ Opera House and Le 300 Residence has a welcoming, elegant atmosphere and a modern design.
In each studio flat there is a sleeping area with a single or double bed, a fully-fitted kitchenette (fridge, microwave, double hot plate, dishes etc), a shower room with WC, cable TV and telephone.

C.I.S.P Residences

The C.I.S.P Residences are located in Southern Paris with single rooms and breakfast or half-board. The value for money facilities include a self-service restaurant, cafeteria, TV room, self-service launderette and car park.

Kellermann Residence:
This residence is located at Porte d’Italie close to the Parc Kellermann in a lively area of Paris just a few metro stops from the Beaubourg and the Latin Quarter.

Subway Station: Porte Dorée (N° 8 direct to Accord Language School)
Please note: we recommend that students book early due to the limited number of places at the residences.

Hôtel Appart’city Residence

The Hôtel Appart’city Residence is situated close to the Cité des Sciences, Gare de l’Est and Gare du Nord. The Residence is about 25 minutes from ACCORD French Language School on the Grands Boulevards. Each 20m² studio includes a private bathroom with WC, sofabed, kitchenette (fridge, coffee maker etc), TV and telephone. Students are provided with an interphone entry code to access the residence.

A deposit of 150 EUR must be paid on arrival. The average electricity bill is around 30 EUR per month to be paid directly to the residence

Price: 465 euro/week* for a stay of 5 weeks or more
Price: 535 euro/week* for a stay from 1 to 4 weeks included

The Saint-Martin residence

Ideally located in the heart of Paris and near the Canal Saint-Martin, students staying at the Saint-Martin residence can walk to ACCORD school.
Each studio flat comes with a kitchenette, shower room and toilets, cable TV and telephone. Free Wi-fi available!

Price: 665 euro/week

 

Adagio Residence

These 3 residential hotels are located 20-30 minutes (by subway) from ACCORD Grands Boulevards School in typical Parisian areas.
Porte de Versailles Residence: situated near to our Summer Campus
Paris Montmartre Residence: situated near the Place du Tertre and the beautiful Sacré-Coeur.
Buttes Chaumont Residence: situated near La Villette, in a lively and cultural area in the heart of the XIX arrondissement.
You may choose from a range of apartments: from a 1-person studio to a 6-person apartment. All apartments are furnished with a kitchen area, bathroom with toilets, a TV and a telephone. The apartment is cleaned on a weekly basis. Bedding and towels are provided and changed once a week. All the high quality facilities are modern and functional.

Hotel in Paris

A wide range of carefully selected hotels in Paris near the school is available. We have negotiated special rates with these hotels from 95€/night including breakfast.

Apartment in Paris

ACCORD works with LODGIS, an agency specialising in the rental of furnished studios and apartments in Paris.

There are 850 furnished flats located all over Paris. Whether it be 1-person studios or 4-
bedroom apartments for 1 week or for a year, you can find and visit your perfect apartment online at www.lodgis.com.

You can call or email the agency if you have any questions or would like more information between Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm or Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm. The agency ’s staff speaks 6 languages so don’t worry about things getting lost in translation!

Studios and apartments with TV, kitchenette, private bathroom and WC for 1 person to 6 people.

‘La maison des mines’ Residence
A Summer residence in the heart of the Latin Quarter

The  Maison des Mines et des Ponts et Chaussées is a residence with 200 bedrooms for students. Located in Paris’s Latin Quarter, this student residence is located between the Panthéon and the Val de Grâce, two minutes away from the Jardin du Luxembourg.

In each room, there is a bed, wardrobe and desk. There is also a kitchenette with a fridge and a washbowl.
On each floor:

- kitchen area with hot plates and a microwave oven,

- showers and toilets.

Double rooms (twin beds) are only available for couples or two students booking a course together. The twin room option is not available to students booking alone.

Student Residence in Paris

Budget accommodation at low prices!
The Cité Universitaire de Paris is located in the XIV arrondissement of Paris on Boulevard Jourdan.

Single room accommodation with a shared bathroom and kitchen on each floor. Sheets are provided and changed every 10 days. Rooms are cleaned on a weekly basis. Students can eat at the university restaurant. Free internet and WiFi access. Computers available.

Room: 260 euro/week (meal not included)

 

Administrative fees

The administrative fee for each accommodation booking is 80 EUR per person. The fee is non-refundable.

Accommodation advice

We recommend that you send us your accommodation application one month prior to arrival so that we can ensure that you get the accommodation you want. Summer is our peak season so we recommend that you send us your application at least one month prior to arrival.

Pick-up service

On request, ACCORD Language School can organize a personalized welcome for their students on their arrival in Paris. This service will meet you at the airport or the train station and drive you to your accommodation.
