    Winter is the season of crêpes
    Recipe of the Crêpes :

    Les Crêpes



    Ingredients :
    ½ liters of milk
    2 tablespoons of peanut oil
    3 eggs
    250 g of flour
    1 pinch of salt
    2 tablespoons of rum (or other flavors such as vanilla or orange blossom water...)

    How to prepare the dough:
    - Start by placing the flour in a salad bowl. Make a hole in the center. Add salt, the 3 eggs, the oil and the rum. Stir, mixing the flour and the eggs together little by little.
    - When all the flour has been amalgamated, add a little bit of milk and beat until the mixture is creamy. Add the rest of the milk, without ceasing to stir the mixture.
    - Let the dough sit for one hour
     

    How to cook the crêpes:
    - Take a wide pan and oil the bottom. When the pan is hot enough, pour the mixture and turn the pan around so that the mixture is evenly spread out in the pan.
    - Let one side cook before flipping the crêpe over with a spatula.or, if you happened to be talented, before flipping it into the air.

    - Fill it to your liking with either sugar , jam, chocolate or fruit.
